Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics  

Role Summary  

We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead the development of  

people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This role will partner closely  

with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights  

that support strategic decision-making.  

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and  

the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations.  


Key Responsibilities  

HR Analytics & Reporting  

* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics, including:  

* Headcount  

* Attrition  

* Hiring and recruitment performance  

* Diversity metrics  

* Employee engagement  

* Internal mobility  

* Workforce costs  

* Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business and HR  

decision-making.  

* Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams.  

Workforce Planning & Insights  

* Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis.  

* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, retention, and  

workforce effectiveness.  

* Provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee  

outcomes.  

Data Management & Governance  

* Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.  

* Partner with HRIS, Technology, and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting  

processes.  

* Maintain data governance standards and ensure confidentiality of employee information.  

Dashboarding & Automation  






* Build and enhance self-service dashboards and reporting solutions.  

* Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.  

* Leverage analytics tools and emerging technologies to strengthen reporting capabilities.  

Stakeholder Management  

* Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Finance, and business stakeholders to  

understand reporting and analytics requirements.  

* Present findings and insights in a clear and meaningful way to support decision-making.  


Qualifications & Experience  

* Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human  

Resources, or a related field.  

* 5–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business  

Intelligence, or a related analytics role.  

* Experience working with large and complex datasets.  

* Experience in a global organization is preferred.  


Technical Skills  

* Strong proficiency in:  

* Power BI or Tableau  

* Advanced Excel  

* SQL  

* Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or  

similar platforms.  

* Knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting methodologies.  

* Experience with Python, AI-enabled analytics tools, or predictive analytics is an advantage.

Reports To: Global Head of HR / Head of People Analytics  

Location: Mumbai
